After much consideration, I have chosen to close my private practice in nutrition counseling and to take the Summer off with my children. My last day in office will be April 23, 2013. I hope to enter into part-time work in nutritional science research in the Fall of 2013. This has been a long and difficult decision, but I have always wanted to pursue research and this is the right time and opportunity for a career change. Molly Paulson, MS, RD, LD is a registered dietitian, licensed in the state of Georgia, and currently seeking a part-time position in nutritional science related research. She has spent the last eight years in private practice counseling clients with obesity related issues, diabetes management, heart disease, weight loss, food allergies and various gastrointestinal issues. She has been a member of the American Dietetic Association since 2000.

Molly received her bachelor of science from Purdue University, her masters of science in nutritional science from San Jose State University and fulfilled her dietetic internship at Emory University Hospital.
